A 62 year old man came to our clinic in 2007 with a right foot deformity, small ulcer on the plantar lateral side. Previous amputations took place. Fourth toe missing and fifth ray is missing.

-Repetitive callus formation under the plantar surface. Often break down to ulcerations.
